CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services
This qualification supersedes seven diploma level qualifications in the Community Services training package and reflects the recent and significant changes made to the Community sector. This course will help you develop your skills and knowledge in managing, coordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.
CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
This qualification supersedes the old Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and allows you to assess the human behaviour of those requiring support and implement leisure activities or programs to support their everyday lives. These programs focus on initiatives that are beyond clinical care and aim to be interactive, recreational and health related activities.
CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability
This qualification reflects the significant reforms made to the Disability sector including NDIS. The course equips support workers and team leaders with skills and knowledge to independently support people with a disability in a wide range of settings.
CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
This qualification is for people who already have experience in the Aged Care, Disability or Home Care sectors or have similar experiences, who wish to further develop their expertise and promotional opportunities. You can also enrol if you have no experience as 3Bridges Community will support you throughout the your studies.
CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support
This qualification is considered the minimum industry standard to gain entry and employment in the Disability, Aged Care and Community sectors. For existing workers, it is also the qualification that staff need to maintain competency and remain in employment.
You can enrol at anytime. We provide access to subsidised training through Smart and Skilled, and are a Centrelink approved training provider. 3Bridges also offers non-accredited training to the community and health sections.
